The chief engineer Zhang Lianyue depended on grasp implementation of the preparation. The expert group formed by the experts from China Civil Engineering Society Advisory Committee, Weifang Municipal Quality Safety Surveillance Station, China's Emerging Construction Development Corporation, China Construction First Division Group, No.Three Construction Company of Beijing, Weihai Construction Group, Shandong Construction Engineering Group and so on. After listening the report, watch the video data, inspecting project on spot, reviewing the relevant informations, through inquiry and discussion, all agreed that the project achieved the expected performance targets, played a good demonstration role, the comprehensive application of the new technology level has reached the leading domestic level so that it passed the acceptance.
